What we collect

When you submit our discovery brief at /start, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email, company, optional phone number, and project details. We do not collect anything you do not voluntarily provide.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Server logs may temporarily record IP addresses, request paths, and user-agent strings for the purpose of diagnosing technical issues; these logs are not shared with third parties and are rotated automatically.

How we use it

• To respond to your project inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To follow up about your project, only when initiated by you.
• To improve our services in aggregate (no individual profiling).

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t use behavioral advertising on our own site.
• We don’t share contact details across our other client engagements.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@whisper.sa with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within seven business days.

Cookies

We use a single technical cookie to remember your language preference (Arabic or English). We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting & jurisdiction

The site is hosted in Europe. We operate from Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and these terms are interpreted under Saudi law where applicable.
