Use of the website

You may browse the site, read our journal, and submit a discovery brief for the purposes of evaluating us as a potential studio. You agree not to attempt to access non-public endpoints, scrape content for republication, or upload malicious content via the contact form.

Discovery briefs

Submitting a brief does not create a contractual relationship. Any project we take on is governed by a separate signed scope of work, which will define deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and ownership.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including writing, design, photography, and code — is © 2026 Whisper Studio unless otherwise noted. The brand identity guidelines and case study artifacts shown here remain Whisper Studio's intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Client-facing case studies are published with the consent of the relevant clients. Where a client has requested anonymity, we disclose only the outline of the work, not their identity.

The site may link to external resources we admire or have worked on. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

Disclaimer
